In fact, you’ll often see Duskie picking fresh herbs from the planter boxes on the restaurant patio, and the menu pulls from many of their Black Pig Meat Co. Zazu’s Restaurant and Farm’s husband and wife chef team, John Stewart and Duskie Estes, are the poster children for Sonoma County’s farm-to-table dining scene.
